In Which Chapter Subtitles are Posted

So - new plan! Here are the Chapter Subtitles of Great Import, Written with Much Attention to Detail. I suddenly feel much better about Camp Nano - ignoring all else, at least it should be fun to write.


To keep me further on track, I'm making a resolution: More or less every two days, a Chapter shall be Posted. I'll still attempt normal blog entries, but this shall be my main thing for all of August.

• Chapter the First: In which a Person is introduced, a Duck falls from the Sky, and there is an Absurd Happening.
• Chapter the Second: In which there is an Alarming Marionette, two Old Men Bicker, and a Stranger Appears
• Chapter the Third: In which there is a Ballet of High Class and Quality, the Bar is Closed, and Nothing is to be Done about It.
• Chapter the Fourth: In which there is a Pair of Majestic Sideburns, a Glass Dragon, and Trouble with Lily Law.
• Chapter the Fifth: In which there is a Run-Down Cadillac, A Map that No One can Decipher, and Much Cheese.
• Chapter the Sixth: In which Many Things are Deep-Fried, the Caddy Breaks Down and a Sketchy Motel is Stayed At.
• Chapter the Seventh: In which a Return is Enacted, the Bar is Again Closed, and the Stranger Gains a Name
• Chapter the Eighth: In which the Newly Named Stranger engenders Much Chaos and Fear, a Secret Past is Revealed, and there is Much Running About
• Chapter the Ninth: In which Lily Law nearly Ends the Story, the Former Stranger has Worth, and there is an Automaton of Great Cunning and Skill.
• Chapter the Tenth: In which there is an Awkward Silence, a Night spent in a Museum, and Creepiness Abounds.
• Chapter the Eleventh: In which there is a Gangster of Some Import, Accents are Used, and Time is Spent Underground.
• Chapter the Twelfth: In which the Marionette makes an Alarming Return, Chicago is Visited, and the meaning of Unexpected Confit is Pondered.
• Chapter the Thirteenth: In which there is Much Ado about Nothing, the Bar is yet again closed, and there is House-Breaking and Brigandage. 
• Chapter the Fourteenth: In which Lily Law makes an Arrest, a Lawyer is Sarcastic, and a Stuffed Toy is unfortunately Destroyed
• Chapter the Fifteenth: In which a Large Sum of Money changes hands, Freedom is Gained, and the Gangster is Unpleasant.
• Chapter the Sixteenth: In which there is Panicking and Mucking About, and there is an Escape via Cadillac.
• Chapter the Seventeenth: In which Justice is Served, Priorities Clarified, and the Stranger is no longer Obtuse.
• Chapter the Eighteenth: In which there is a Resolution, a Speech, and the Bar is finally Open.
